      <title>What’s in a name: reputation or fame? Reflections on Taylor v Killer Queen LLC [2026] HCA 5 (18 May 2026)</title>

&lt;p style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Christian Dimitriadis SC&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;commenced his practice at the Bar in 2001 and has been a member of Nigel Bowen Chambers since that time.&amp;nbsp; He was appointed Senior Counsel in 2014.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;&lt;font&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;font color="#333333" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;Christian specialises in intellectual property law, including patent, copyright and trade mark matters.&amp;nbsp; He regularly appears in the Federal Court of Australia, both at first instance and on appeal, and has appeared in a number of leading intellectual property cases in the High Court of Australia. &amp;nbsp;He also appears in the Australian Patent Office, the Copyright Tribunal of Australia, the Australian Trade Marks Office and other relevant administrative tribunals.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;&lt;font&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;font color="#333333" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;Christian was previously a solicitor and a registered patent attorney. &amp;nbsp;He holds tertiary qualifications in science and law and completed a research year in the field of synthetic organic chemistry.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;&lt;font&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;font color="#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Rob Clark&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;has broad practice, spanning intellectual property, general commercial litigation (including class actions), tax and administrative law. He has appeared in the Federal Court and High Court, and Courts and Tribunals in NSW, Victoria, and WA. Rob has appeared both led and unled.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;&lt;font&gt;&lt;font color="#333333" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;Rob has particular experience in intellectual property law, and has appeared in a number of leading intellectual property law cases.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;&lt;font&gt;&lt;font color="#333333" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;Rob has been recognised in Chambers and Partners – Asia Pacific and Doyles Guide for his expertise in intellectual property law, in Legal500 for his expertise in both intellectual property law and commercial disputes, and in Best Lawyers in Australia for his expertise in litigation, commercial law and intellectual property law.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
